If you want to make a large lump of money quickly with very little skill, effort or time involved, the wonderful world of opinion groups might be for you.

What are opinion group research panel studies?

Basically, organizations and individual groups pay to bring in a variety of regular people to complete some questionnaires in order to identify popularity of products and consumer insight.

These studies can take anywhere from a half hour to a full day depending on the study, but pay handsomely for your time.

I once was a part of one study in particular that took about five hours to complete.  It was a mock jury and opinion was needed for a legal murder case.  At the end of the five hours of mock court room hearing and group debate, we were each paid a beautiful $200 for participating…in cash.  Not to mention we were fed very well!

Since then I have been in love with research panels such as these.

Typically these studies will email you with local studies in your area.  Upon filling out a 2 minute long questionnaire, they will then promptly inform you if you do or do not qualify for participation in the study.

Sometimes you will, sometimes you won’t but the cool thing is you will receive multiple offers per week so your odds are very good.

One note of caution, beware of “online paid survey sites”.  Take it from one who gave them a fair amount of my time, they will lead you around in circles, take an enormous amount of your time and many times leave you with false financial promises.
